 • Returns: In-Store Purchases

        *All refunds are issued by way of original purchase method.*

 

Textbooks:
-All in-store Textbook purchases require customer’s original receipt. Please visit the store or contact us within 2 weeks of the purchase date, or 2 weeks from the beginning of classes.

-Textbooks purchased as Used must still be in a “good saleable” condition.

-Textbooks purchased as New must still be in their exact condition as when purchased (no marks, hi-lighting, damages, wear on corners, opened software, strong odors, etc. New items & bundles that were shrink-wrapped must remain unopened.)
-After the Returns Deadline for each semester, textbooks may be sold back to the store, please refer to the Buyback Info Menu at the top of the home page.

Apparel:
All in-store apparel purchases require customer’s original receipt. Please visit the store or contact us within 2 weeks of purchase date. Merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased to receive full credit. (All tags must still be attached to the garment, or with garment upon return, no strong odors, stains, etc.)

Gifts & Accessories:
All in-store Merchandise purchases require customer’s original receipt. Refund requests and/or exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of purchase date. Merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased.

-Textbooks bought online can be brought back to the store or shipped back to us with your information; Name, Student ID, and reason for return.

Please contact us within 2 weeks of the purchase date of your item(s) to request a refund. Please note that merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased to receive full credit. (All tags must still be attached to the garment, or with garment upon return, no strong odors, stains, etc.)

Please contact us within 2 weeks of the purchase date of your item(s) to request a return/exchange.
